As you've probably figured out, there are two ingredients we love above most - namely, cream and butter. There is nothing like the smell of butter sissling away in a hot pan or the the feel of luscious creamed stuff on the tongue. This is a recipe that I have experimented with a bit. It is very simple, perhaps the coarsest bread I've ever made successfully. It must be made in two operations, because it is a sourdough.
