Paul Jaminet’s Perfect Health Diet. And of course Robb Wolf. Right now, I try and avoid wheat, dairy, and sugar for at least 5 out of 6 meals. I also like the occasional scotch. Macronutrients: I’m 190 lbs and about 18% body fat. Lean body mass is about 160 lbs. Protein: 1g/lb so 160g. Carbs: the rest, so 680-850 cals or 170-220g.
