Back Alley Chef

Saturday, March 6, 2010. This recipe is one of my families favorites! Even my pickiest eater loves this one! I buy the flank steak at my local grocer, the meat department will slice it into 1/4 inch strips for you if you ask. I usually buy a bit more than what is required here because we have this at least twice a month. So buy extra and freeze the rest! Its really simple to make and is just as good as that famous Chinese restaurant with the big horse! 6 teaspoons Veg Oil. 1 1/2 teaspoon minced Ginger.

My Monkey Do: June 2010

http://mymonkeydo.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html

Saturday, June 5, 2010. This week I caught my daughter organizing her coupons (my expired ones) in her bedroom when she was supposed to be cleaning her room. I asked her why she was playing instead of cleaning and she told me that she needed to organize them so she could have a coupon workshop with her lovies (stuffed animals)! So I told her that if she cleaned her room then she could have the coupon workshop and that I would take pictures of her and send them in to Moneysavingqueen.com. How cute is that!

My Monkey Do: July 2010

http://mymonkeydo.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html

Monday, July 12, 2010. I am pretty much a "follow according to recipe" kind of girl except when it comes to chicken spaghetti. I have several different recipes for it that call for crazy things like green peppers, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and even celery but I prefer (and so does my family) just plain, jane chicken spaghetti! Also I am not a big fan of Velveeta cheese but this recipe I can handle. So, with that said.here is my version of chicken spaghetti. 3 cooked and diced chicken breast.

My Monkey Do: Chicken & Rice

http://mymonkeydo.blogspot.com/2010/07/chicken-rice.html

Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Another easy recipe that I have from my mother-in-law! It is a quick and easy recipe that is good for summer or winter! I ususally steam broccoli to go with it. 3 cooked and diced chicken breast. 1 can cream of chicken. 1 can cream of mushroom. 1 can of chicken broth. 1 cup of rice (I use Minute rice). Mix all together in a baking dish, cover and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees! Told you it was easy! July 7, 2010 at 11:03 PM. Mmm, that sounds yummy! I will have to try it!
