A recipe for Wednesday. 2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1 red bell pepper. 1 green bell pepper. 1 red or white onion. 1 pound (give or take) red skinned potatoes. 1 lemon, juiced. 1 cup chicken broth.
