It Could Be That The Purpose Of Your Life Is Only To Serve As A Warning To others. Hunting for fossils is making me a pro at creating stone tools. But sadly, not at finding plant or animal remains. Yes, after a long hiatus, I am trying to get back on the personal blog thing. Not sure why, really. I started this to force me to write, to get used to it again in preparation for what is going to be Round Three of Getting Myself Educated. Behold, Phil Plait: A reasonable man. It Could Be That The Purpose Of Your Life Is Only To Serve As A Warning To others. When was the last time it snowed? Enough for most of the crap to be at least passively cleared from the roads and sidewalks, right? Definitely too long ago to even THINK it would be a good idea to save a parking space with a trash can. So yeah, some real winners. We ran bunch of errands today for about four and a half hours and came home to - you guessed it - that fucking. What The. Fuck. The city backed down because of a ...

Road-MTB-CCX Bicycle Racing in Eugene, Oregon. Monday, March 19, 2012. Day-O: Banana Belt Race 3 Report. 8220;Why do I race? 8221; This is what I am contemplating as I am half way through my second lap at Banana Belt #3. As the miles roll by I look ahead in hopes of seeing other cyclists who may have been dropped. I catch my first dropped rider at the end of lap 1. I encourage him to draft off my wheel. He tells me that he is going to drop out of the race. I push on. March 19, 2012 at 11:04 PM. I feel yo...

Tensegrity PT Cycling: December 2013
http://tensegritycycling.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Road-MTB-CCX Bicycle Racing in Eugene, Oregon. Monday, December 23, 2013. This year was my first full cyclocross racing season and there were a lot of surprises and fun along the way. No one told me how cyclocross can take over your whole life and you end up caught in this current sucking you into more and more races.
