Un dessert sorti un peu de nulle part … avec un nom qui veut un peu rien dire … ne partez pas tout de suite! A la base, je voulais essayer la pâte à tarte au sarrasin de Rose Citron. Puis elle s’est transformée en pâte à tarte aux flocons azuki :o. Puis je voulais utiliser mon appareil à « No-cheesecake. Avec, non de la noix de coco, mais de la butternut (vous pourrez utiliser tout autre courge de votre choix). J’ai donc également succombé … sauf que j’ai fait cuire cette mousse! 70g de flocons azuki.
