5 months in Tel Aviv. Overdue Update Part II. The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. April 23, 2011. Also, before I forget, Israel doesn’t do two seders. I think Diaspora Jews started the tradition of having two seders because they weren’t sure when Pesach actually started, so they decided to have two nights just to cover their bases. Just an FYI…. Adam led our seder. I’m unsure what he’s actually doing in this picture. It looks like he’s singing, but I don’t think he is. Katie taught us about the plagues.
