Into much needed flats and to finally provide the long overdue Gospel Hall. For the village. Let's hope the developer expecting a tiny congregation because there aren't many parking spaces provided. According to the hype - Emerald Gardens is an exciting new development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes for sale in Yapton. Not if you're one of the residents who have had to put up with the constant noise and mess over the last 6 months.
