Camel Riding or Culture Ruining? - Blue Door Hotel Services
http://www.bluedoorhotel.com/2013/04/11/camel-riding-or-culture-ruining
Camel Riding or Culture Ruining? We rode camels. We finally did it. We’ve been living in Morocco for years, but this was the first time we’ve mounted these gnarly hump-backed beasts. My brother’s family was in town and so we loaded up all the kids and did the tourist thing. Local Moroccans tell us that riding camels is just for tourists, but come on, who doesn’t want to ride a camel? What do you think? Are exotic tourist destinations becoming too commercialized? Save costs and time – doing it just right. Newer posts →. GROWING VEGETABLES – BLOOD AND BONE IN THE COMPOST? November 5, 2012. When I first heard of adding a blood and bone meal to add to one’s compost I mentally gagged at the thought of what it may do to the vegetables. I wanted to grow? Where I write while searching for wisdom. May 22, 2013 in Faith. The news is abuzz today with a debate about prayer as a response to crisis. Is it helpful? Is it even appropriate? I get it.
