Step by step, mile by mile, running always brings me back. Monday, June 6, 2011. Starry Night 5K at 33 weeks pregnant. Last Monday I had a so, so 3.5 mile run. Friday morning I had an OK 3.25 mile run, but it still required walking. Pretty sure both were in 10:30 - 11min/mile pace. I downed two bottles of water, an orange, and a snocone as we watched the rest of the 5K finishers and the 10K finishers come in (the winner of that race came in right behind me! Step by step, mile by mile, running always brings me back. Tuesday, November 16, 2010. For fall and winter I enjoy tunics and leggings with tall boots. No leg strap needed to keep pants out of chains - just hop on the bike and go. You can get creative by adding a skirt on top of the leggings for a fun look. Two shops I've found nice work acceptable tunics are Terry. Columbia is more of an outdoorsy line of clothes, but I enjoy the following for going to the market or the occasional casual Friday wear:.

The stats (just for fun): 73rd out of 306 overall; 16th out of 160 women; 2nd in my age group; 7:37minute/mile pace. I have to admit it was fun (and hard).
