Jeg må nok skuffe alle kakeelskere, dette er en middagsvariant. Heldigvis for meg så liker jeg kake og middag om lag like godt! 175 gr finmalt speltmel. Del smør i terninger, kjør smør og mel og et par ss vann i en food processor til du får en glatt deig. Spe med mer vann om det trengs. 0,5 hvitløk uten fedd.
