I ordered the pink one from Ultimate Sandbag however unfortunately it seems pretty small. I could only get 12kg of rice into it! Ill work with it. It was a long day at work and I really had to push myself to even do this workout last night. Glad I did because I loved it much! Pushup jump over - 11,8,8. Side Straddle run burpee -16,9,7. I was stuck in a telecon with the UK for 2 hours. It is a weekly meeting but went on longer due to some changes on the project. Oh well. Today's workout was great. I did it four times through making it a 16 minute one. 1 Push-up Clean and Press and Squat and Press - 6, 5, 5, 6 (Counting each round). Week 3 - Day 5.
