New Wines for 2014. New Wines for 2014. December 5, 2014. For Christmas 2014 we’ve decided to do wine, and the first one we made is a very nice port. Fermentation started on February 25th, stabilizing and clearing on March 6, 2014, with final filtering, bottling and corking on April 15, 2014. It’s been sitting in my custom ice chest cooler since then, ageing nicely. My bottling equipment from my beer brewing days came in very handy. I love the bottle filler. New Wines for 2014.
