Saturday, August 23, 2014. Awesome family visit in Pullman! We loaded up the car for our annual Pullman family visit. It was an easy drive, possibly the fastest that we've ever made. Only 1 quick stop. No begging for snacks or needing to pee. Just driving, singing, and reading. Love that our kids are so grown up that they travel well. First stop - Ferdinand's Creamery. The Lentil Parade continues to be a fun event. The kids jockey for positions on the curb so they can get candy and wave to the floats.

Sunday, November 23, 2014. We had an out of this world birthday party for Gordon. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy theme was perfect to celebrate our leading man. The group was eclectic. Friends from high school like Jennifer and work friends from past and present. Our menu was fabulous! We had Port BBQ-Pulled Pork Sandwiches, We had Thanks for all the fish Tacos, Galaxy Bark (homemade chocolate! This was probably the nerdiest party that these ladies have ever attended! Love Shannon's babble fish.

Friday, July 25, 2014. Family photo at the famous sign. Aidan and Freya started reading and Torrin joined in. Aidan loved and as loved by his little cousins. Such a gentle boy. The fireweed was in full bloom. The cousins enjoyed riding in the motor home. It was a fun adventure for everyone. The Homer playground with an excellent view! Yay Uncle Scott and Aunt Dalena! Cousins.no one wanted to take this picture. Lots of tears, but we managed. The view from the Bartlett home. The boat ride was super fun!

The kids were excited to receive all their new technology. Charged Ipads with awesome cases for the boys, a boogie board electric drawing pad for Anna, and tons of books. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. We had a great day at Great Wolf Lodge! While we were there we ran into Matt, Bonnie, Sienna and Lucas! It turned into a double party, with us finding plenty of time to hang out and do some rides with our cousins. Matt said that the night before a little girl had run up, and hugged his leg then run off. He said he thought it was strange, but also like she looked like Anna. When we asked, Anna confirmed she had hugged him and seen her cousins the night before. Posted by Julie SB.

Saturday, May 09, 2015. The Great Mommy Adventure Day. It was time for a fun mommy adventure.and a trip to the Seattle area. We started at the American Girl Store so that Joey and Anna could get their birthday presents. Aidan helped Joey find a cat and a bunny. A great AG guide Abi showed Anna around to all the dolls. She introduced them to her, told them her back story, and let her hold the dolls before she selected Samantha. There is nothing happier then getting exactly what you want for your birthday!
