Monday, July 20, 2009. The first bad landlord I am going to blog about is Dario Pini. I had some really bad experiences living in one of the apartment complexes he owns. Only after I had problems with him did I find out what a bad landlord he really was. There was a full blown investigation done by the Santa Barbara Police department back in 1994. (read the pdf article here www.popcenter.org/library/awards/goldstein/1995/95-76.pdf. These officers were commended for their work on this!
