Chloe and Emmi: September 2011
http://chloeandemmi.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 25, 2011. Are you familiar with Chick-fil-a's "Dress like a Cow Day" each July? Basically, if you dress like a cow (full costume) you get a free meal. The first time I heard of this was back in 2009 and we have made it a yearly tradition ever since. The girls were 4 years old - look how small they are! David refused to dress like a cow on this first occasion. The girls are 5 years old. David decided to make it a complete cow family adventure! Friday, September 23, 2011. Thursday, Septem...

Chloe and Emmi: December 2010
http://chloeandemmi.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 06, 2010. After getting over my irritation that they would have the audacity to send a project home (c'mon it is Kindergarten, everybody knows that it is the PARENTS who do the projects not the kids), I started wracking my brain as to what in the world we would "disguise" the turkeys as, and more importantly with what? And I had my mind made up that i was not going to go out and spend money on supplies for this strange turkey project. Wednesday, December 01, 2010. You will also notice th...

Team Juloa: Surveying Sevilla
http://teamjuloa.blogspot.com/2014/12/surveying-sevilla.html
Sevilla, Spain is the closest major city to us. It only takes us about an hour and a half to drive there and we also have options to take a bus or train there as well (we hope to travel there by train soon! Technically, we've already been to Sevilla with our multiple Costco runs and dropping off Noa's parents at the train station, but we hadn't even tasted a sliver of Sevilla's charm and culture yet. We decided to take an afternoon to check out the Christmas markets there. The funny thing about eating at...

I am an American photographer currently living on the beautiful island of Sicily. I hope to share my artistic endeavors, and a sampling of this exotic place and beyond through my photographs. Thursday, December 16, 2010. While wandering, I came upon this tiny, deserted chapel. Behind the grand entrance gate, stands a fragrant orange grove. December 16, 2010 at 10:25 AM.
