A Day in the Life of The Butler's. Monday, September 2, 2013. Lyla 13 months old. We are still here! Lyla is a little more than 13 months old now. I can't believe it. It's exciting getting to watch her grow up into a little toddler. 29 inches I think. (60%). And you have a super big head. I don't recall the inches but you are in the 99%. It's for that big brain, pumpkin. :). Size 4 diapers, 18-24 month clothes. Lyla girl, you are clueless that you've got a baby sister on the way! I can't wait to see you ...

You might be thinking to yourself. Why not just hang a rod like any normal person would? I was using my dining table wrapped in paper to paint the valance on. When I was finished Emma was more than excited to color on it. Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Top Secret Project Complete! I made my first quilt! Close up of the quilting on the front. Since Emma has been ...

A Day in the Life of The Butler's. Monday, December 15, 2014. That time when Ava turned one. I have been wanting to post about sassy little Ava's first birthday. I finally got around to downloading the pictures. She had a breakfast and PJ's party and it was very quaint. We had a blast! It was our families and brothers and sisters and of course, Ava's betrothed, Eli. :-). Here's the birthday girl enjoying her birthday breakfast! Ava and Auntie Ro. Testing out gifts. :). Loving on her Nana (Cade's Mom).

Sunday, September 16, 2012. Skirts and more skirts. These are the two skirts for Emma's friend. The top skirt fabric might look very. Familiar to some people. I originally bought this fabric as table clothes for a friend's. Baby shower and it has been re-purposed into oh so many things. The second. Skirt is a 'Minnie' skirt, because she is a fan of Minnie Mouse. These are the two skirts I made for Emma. Emma calls the top one her. Grey Minnie Skirt. The grey fabric was originally bought for her second.

A Day in the Life of The Butler's: Helicopter EGG DROP
http://thebutlersbuzz.blogspot.com/2014/04/helicopter-egg-drop.html
A Day in the Life of The Butler's. Saturday, April 12, 2014. Yep We took Lyla and Ava to an Easter egg hunt and they DROPPED EGGS FROM A HELICOPTER. I mean, I was more excited than the kids were. How cool? Here is where you can insert the "well, when I was a kid, we didn't have cool things like this" comment. It was put on by Prestonwood Baptist Church and they were awesome. We loved how kid friendly everything was and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this to anyone with littl...Lyla ...

Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Oops Forgot to post this Monday. MY GOALS FROM LAST WEEK. 1) loose a pound. I lost 4 lbs some how (not eating entire pans of brownies helped). 2) hopefully get my machine back and start quilt blocks. 21 blocks finished! 3) stop thinking about working out and do something (no more excuses). Every time I bounce the baby to sleep I do squats and I even did a few reverse crunches (it's a start). MY GOALS FOR THIS WEEK. 1) loose a pound. 2) finish the quilt top. First the new stuff.
