Friday, February 27, 2015. The Hand Stitched Doll. May I tell you what it is like to sit here in my studio hand stitching a doll? Music is quietly playing. I have a few things to say. Thursday, February 26, 2015. The morning brought chatter in and about the "Myrtle Inn", as plans were underway for a new occupant! A new arrival from the land of Lickity Split.Her name is Luna Moon . Quiet soul,. introspective and demanded a window room so she may see the Moon and stars. Preparations were followed through. And, smiles abounded as cheers rose from smiling faces. Rest well, Luna,.Welcome home. My thanks to the artist, Penny, at ART JOURNEY. Tales of then and now.

I have a few things to say. A Bucket List….described by some as “the list of things to do before you kick the bucket”. It could be a good thing for all of us. For instance…at the top of my list is to FINISH some projects that I have begun in order to make room for NEW and exciting ventures…. It is somewhat about age, the bucket list, …….but they say that age is only a number, and MINE is unlisted…. If only I could…. I remember my first day of "addiction" as I sent a friend a picture that I thought would interest her and she thanked me and said, "Have you ever been to Pinterest"? No,but with link in hand, I clicked onto the page and stepped in the world of pictures that would be the 'relaxation' curse of my year! I now have.349 boards! I have an "AUTUMN" board. I have a few things to say. Monday, November 3, 2014. It's always 3:00am.just sayin'. Seems it is always 3:00 am. Some say that it is the "witching hour", .some say "you went to bed too early" , but insomnia rears it's ugly head for me.It is sort of an alarm clock for me to exist in a different dimension than sleep. Being quiet is key. Food is not beckoning. Just being aware and reading or writing is what has to happen. A yawn reminds me that I have been up now for an hour.just time enough to creep d...

It is the simplicity of the personality of the doll, .the imagination that the artist felt when first feeling the heartbeat of creation.
