Friday, March 13, 2009. My brother's results are back. Loren had the FNA biopsy on his thyroid and his nodule was determined to be benign. Thank goodness. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers on his behalf. His FNA was Wednesday, not Monday, so I was only a little bit delayed. My scar is healing fine and in a matter of months it may be undetectable. Monday, November 16, 2009. I couldn't understand whether Riley made this up or heard it from somewhere. Sing sing what shall I sing. Do do what shall I do. The cat's run away with the pudding too. At first she had as the last word a word that rhymed with 'sing' and then she said the whole poem again (that's more impressive than the poem itself) and changed it to 'too'. But this is what you get when you try to write the sentence "Sidney is going to the dentist someday when her Mommy tells her to." Couch to 5K Week 1. June 29, 2009 @ 9:00 PM. 183; { Exercise. Tags: couch to 5k. That lasted 8 weeks I believe. I started to tone up, but after the 8 weeks I slowly stopped exercising. The funny thing is it’s not like I don’t like exercising. When I do it, I really like it and it’s fun, but actually getting up to do it just doesn’t work for me sometimes. It’s so easy to just sit around and say I’ll do it tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is now! You’ll feel better in the long run and healthier! Couch to 5K Week 1.
