I started taking piano lessons at 21, but it did not last long because three years later I had the opportunity to continue my education in the USA. In September 1954 I came to America to study biology. I was born in Tehran, Iran, and was so excited coming to the new world. I went back to Iran in 1961 until November of 1979, at this time I cam to the USA with my family.
