Saturday, September 14, 2013. Wow I can't believe summer is already over and everyone is back in school. It seems like this summer went by a lot quicker than the past summers. Let's backtrack a little here. Back in June some friends of ours got married. I took lots of pictures! Here are just a few of them. My friend, Abby was the brides sister, and so she was the maid of honor. :) She is such a blessing to me! Love you, Abby. At about, oh midnight or so, our tire blew! It was really fun. Thursday, October 25, 2012. These are the owl hats I said I was going to be posting about. They are so adorable. I got this pattern from Daisy Cottage Designs. This pattern is well written and very easy to understand. It is also easy to make! Here is the first one I ever made just for practice. I think it turned out great! Then I made this third one for a friend of ours who is having a baby girl. My Mom is making her a blanket also. I will post a picture of her blanket when she finishes it! Not the best ...

The colors she picked were green, yellow, and white.soft colors. I also wanted ...

I wanted to make her a little hat to keep her warm.I already had a pattern for a newborn hat, so I just went down a hook size and whipped up this adorable little hat! I can't wait to go see her and give it to her! It's a tiny hat, but I know she will soon outgrow it! I'm looking forward to watching Nora grow up into a sweet little girl! Friday, April 25, 2014.
