Why clean the kitchen when you can make Brownies! 1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix. 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk. 3/4 c Melted Margarine. Mix together place 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10 min. Melt 1/3 C Evaporated Milk and bag of Caramels Pour over baked pan cover with 1 cup chocolate chips. Place 2nd half mixture over top. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 min,.
