Benguet Province Oath Taking and Turn Over Ceremonies →. So come’s the end of my one week stay in the province where my mom and grandama came to collect me. So on the last day or should I say the last minute since our bus was set to leave at around 1pm we ate at the Baguio Palace Hotel. It was cloudy and windy since there was a typhoon coming in. They have connecting restaurants the Cafe Melodin and Mr. Ching. You can order from both menu even if you are seating with the other restaurant. Ho To Tai soup.

Monthly Archives: July 2013. Marry Grace it is. I don’t know, but I’m just never satisfied with the food from Mary Grace. Whenever my friends wants to go there to eat I’m like-Okay Fine. The food is filling but…I don ‘t think taste is as good as the price gives it credit. It’s like nothing special, or something overrated. They have their tables with notes from customers and covered with glass. Favorable comments from customers. The only thing I like is their delicious pumpkin soup -that’s it-for me.

And I strike again! Cooking. Cooking.Cooking. So I discovered this new dish through my friend in the office. She made this Petchay Omelet or just Veggie omelet. I HAVE seen and eaten a Veggie Omelet before, just not this specific type of veggie used. Saute the Garlic and Onion. I was gonna cook something else after this omelet so I sliced plenty of Onions. Just to get it out of the way and to avoid a lot of tears. hehe. Then add the Petchay. Cut into strips. (sorry for the blurred image). So far so good!

Benguet Province Oath Taking and Turn Over Ceremonies. So the Mad Scientist strikes again😉. It’s never good when I have idle time wahahaha. So I was browsing through some old cookbooks and I saw the recipe for Kalderetang Baka and I immediately have a crazy craving for it! Good thing we have everything we need at home. I don’t have to rush at the nearest grocery store. This was handwritten by my Aunt. This is just one of the many handwritten and clear book-compiled recipes at home. Waiting game is ON!

Luk Yuen, Great Food-Fun Times :-). The First Time I ate here was back in 2nd Grade. Back then it was in the Old-before-the-Glorietta 2-blast. Then in their branch in Megamall, which has a very slow crew but maybe just because they were lacking in crew members that day. Well, we ate there December 25 so the season could maybe have something to do with it. So after the Mall blast, they moved in Glorietta 5. They now offer this fried wanton wrapper or something as appetizer. Sweet and Sour Prawn Dumpling!

Monthly Archives: November 2014. Yakimix Prime is one of the growing eat-all-you-can restaurant around the metro. Yakimix Prime has a wide selection of Japanese, Korean and Cantonese cuisine. They are different from their restaurant, Yakimix, because they serve wagyu at their grilling station. The star of the night- Sweet and Sour Pork! Their Chinese food is the big hit for me that night! The Wicked Waffle Express. A new breakfast place in town had open near our office in McKinley Hill! My officemates and I check it out right away since we love breakfast! Wicked Waffle also served Bon Appetea milk teas. This is what we ordered:. Over-all, the food is not great. I find it very expensive since it is very small. I can feel that I can cook this dishes at home with a better quality. For the waffle, it is good since it is freshly made but you need to wait for 10 minutes. Enter your comment here.
