Thursday, June 21, 2012. Kinsey and I are in our final preparations to leave for Mexico today. We said our goodbyes at church last night and loaded the last of the supplies into the van. We are so thankful for the Church at Rockvale donating the van. It is going to be greatly appreciated by our brothers and sisters in Mexico. We will be leaving out this afternoon after I finish up at work. Please continue to pray for us and the work in Camalu, Mexico. June 23, 2012 at 8:12 AM. Friday, Friday, Friday.

Friday, June 22, 2012. We have been blessed so far as to not be a part of any traffic jams or accidents. Driving through West Tennessee was nice in the late evening. We crossed the Mississippi River going into Arkansas just as the sun was setting. For the most part Arkansas was a blur. I drove the first 5 1/2 hours or so, and Jesse finished this leg of our route during the last two hours of the trip. For those of you who would like to keep count, Jesse will be driving first this morning! Blog at ya later!

Sunday, June 24, 2012. Gospel Chariot Rolls Into Sin City. A couple hours down the road we crossed over the state line into Arizona and the landscape around us changed once again. We began to get really excited because we knew we were just a few hours away from the Grand Canyon. We continued on our journey passing through the city of Flagstaff, AZ and by the afternoon we arrived at the Grand Canyon! Kinsey attempted to descibe the the greatness of the canyon, but I was blown away at the site of it.

Saturday, June 30, 2012. Thursday was another day of traveling North to Ensenada to retrieve the van that had been with the mechanic and to go grocery shopping for the group. Juan, Kinsey and I spent the next 4 hours purchasing enough groceries and supplies to feed the multitudes for the next year.
