Baja Tacos - Trip report. The next morning the border was again crowded and hectic. We couldn't find anywhere on the Mexican side to park, so taking the advice we had seen on the internet, we decided to just get our tourist cards in San Felipe. Bad idea, as you will see later! Downtown has not changed much, just a little more touristy. Don't trust what they say on the internet or in the guide books.
