Now they can schedule our consulate appointment (CA) and we will know the exact dates of our travel and can book our flights to and from China. Right now it lookds like we'll be leaving Sept. 11th and returning about the 27th. That means we could be holding Alyssa in our arms in just 3 weeks! How awesome is that? Links to this post. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. On Sunday, we took Alyssa to the pumpkin patch in Bixby. We got several good pictures and she got to see lots of animals, ride a pony, and found a tiny pumpkin she really likes. She wouldn't quite get close enough to feed the goats, but she liked seeing them. Links to this post. The Last of Our Vacation Pictures, Finally. In the case that we cannot access that site while we are in China, the blog, will be "the backup plan" for posting updates. The new pages for our current adoption can be found here:. Wednesday, October 24, 2007. A lot has happened since we've returned. I've learned that people are more interested in seeing pictures of the baby than hearing about me, so I'm going to post lots of pictures on this posting. My first set of pictures are from our airport party. These were all taken by our friend Melissa. The girl in the last picture is Melissa's daughter who is about 1 month older than Alyssa. In the next set of pictures, we are swimming at a hotel pool with Alyssa's older brother, Greg.

I have been taking some pictures, and I'm going to start posting them, and eventually get myself caught up. Here's a picture I took, near the pond in from of my building. I always like to get a few pictures of the baby geese, when I can. Here's a shot of them all starting to cross the road. You won Joss Stone tickets today. Mind e-mailing me when you get a chance?
