My days seem to be constantly busy at the moment. LJ updates have… - Yet another cup of tea
http://heymicster.livejournal.com/62406.html
Order of the stick. My days seem to be constantly busy at the moment. LJ updates have become sparse indeed but I'll continue to post whenever the desire and opportunity to coincide. As some of you might know I applied for a PhD a while back. It unfortunately turns out that I've not gotten the place so I'm falling back to other ideas (PhD's in different areas/different possible jobs) and staying where I am for the time being. Your mother is a classy lady! - What manner of geekery is this?
http://azhacael.livejournal.com/22018.html
What manner of geekery is this? Your mother is a classy lady! April 8th, 2009. So last night Paw and I played co-op Gears of War after far too long, and it went something like this:. Okay, so you need to sign in. As you, not Sara. Better. Let's do this. How do you run again? I keep walking into walls. Okay, I think I've got it. Eat this! Blam blam brakka brakka) Where'd you go? I think I just shot you. Why are the enemies the same basic body shape as the friendlies? How do those things even fly? Shut up ...

Ooooh, what this? Ooooh, what this? Dec 15th, 2009 12:48 am. As some of you may know, I recently looked into an opportunity to take on some paid blogging work with alltern8.com, a site for gamers, larpers and music/movie fans that is currently on a massive drive for expansion. As promised, here's a link to the first (hopefully of many) approved articles for the site:. Http:/ www.alltern8.com/library/larp re-e. Nactment/thats right honey im a larper/l-4. Hope you like it :). 2009-12-15 09:38 am (UTC).

On the news this morning. - Alan Wrote This. On the news this morning. Sep 11th, 2009 10:26 am. Prime Minister Gordon Brown has set out a public apology online for the treatment of Alan Turing in the years following World War 2. While I approve of the actions made by the Prime Minister, I'm seeing far too many news articles preface their disgust at his treatment with his military contribution. 'a war hero' should have been treated better. 2009-09-11 09:47 am (UTC). Well said, sir. Yup, same thoughts here.

More manga - Yet another cup of tea
http://heymicster.livejournal.com/58626.html
Order of the stick. After being pressured by numerous groups from various fields of my life, this lunchtime I finally started reading the Bleach manga. It seems I've now got something new to do during lunch breaks. June 1st, 2007 11:22 pm (UTC). June 2nd, 2007 02:16 am (UTC). Sometimes I rue the day I started reading that manga. I try to avoid infinitely long series, usually. But it's such fun that I can't rue it for long. Powered by LiveJournal.com.

No Subject - Yet another cup of tea
http://heymicster.livejournal.com/59188.html
Order of the stick. Life and work are continuing on as usual. The weeks are currently blending into each other in a very alarming way, I'm hoping for some noteworthy events to use as some sort of temporal compass. Fortunately the WFRP LARP is this weekend along with a Bank Holiday. In the absence of anything of substance in this post I suggest a game of Mornington Crescent. How about a game with Hampton Court rules in play? South-west variant of course. August 21st, 2007 01:15 pm (UTC). That is indeed a ...
