Keep Calm and Carry on Baking. Tuesday, 9 September 2014. I first baked this cake over twenty years ago after I found the recipe in Essentials of Italian Cookery by Marcella Hazan. The book went back to the library and I forgot all about it. Recently to my delight I found it online, baked it and here is the result! You can find the recipe I used here.
