Our bakery is located in North East Pennsylvania as it has been since it was started in 1987. That is when we began making cheesecakes for local restaurants. As time went on, the business evolved into making different types of cakes and cookies. Our cookie trays appealed to the modern family that no longer had time to bake. And poppy seed rolls without preservatives, additives, or fillers. Nut Rolls and Poppy seed rolls remain that way today.
