I’ve seen everything from gingerbread to peanut butter cookies twisted into snickerdoodles. It doesn’t end with cookies either. With a quick search on Pinterest, you’ll find waffles, cupcakes, and truffles, to name a few. Snickerdoodles and I go way back. The original. Version, and it didn’t disappoint. I felt like we needed something else in our bowl. So I cooked some whole wheat rice and added it to it*. In a large, deep skillet, brown ground meat. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, and ginger; set aside. Then this is where I added the cooked rice and mixed it together.
