Yield – One 9 inch tart. For the Orange Cream Soda Filling. 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter cut into 1/2 inch cubes. 1 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin. Zest and juice of 2 medium lemons (2 tbsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice). Zest and juice of 3 large oranges (3 tbsp. zest and 1 cup juice). 2 large egg yolks. For the Orange Tart Dough.

Wednesday, May 15, 2013. We found out late last night that my cute Penguin made it into the live and final round of auditions for the Honors Recital. Yea! She's so excited and I'm so proud of her! We've never done something like this, but my understanding is that teachers can submit videos of their students . so any instrument, small ensembles, singers, etc are all welcome to audition. Fresh out of the oven! Cookies, Smiles, Memories. For me, those words have always been synonymous for people of all ages. As far back as I can remember, I have always loved to bake.
