To create some farmyard themed cake pops for a shoot they were doing. The pops had a chocolate-chocolate flavoured centre and were decorated with a mix of farmyard animal and floral decorations. November 2, 2010. Last week i was bored, so obviously…. i BAKED! I was flipping through my new book, Vegan Cookies take over your cookie jar! And i happened to have ALL the ingredients for Lazy samoa’s so we had at it! Just so you know, Coconut oil and melted chocolate is an amazing combination! I will NEVER melt chocolate without it ever again 😉. These cookies were delicious. They are DEFINITELY different from the girl scout cookie version, they are MUCH fluffier and fresher tasting!
