I have spent many sleepless hours thinking about IT and all the good times, the bad times, the joy, the memories, the girls. I have loved the spirit of IT, the tradition of IT, and the quality of IT! IT was very hard to walk away from in the first place, but I was sure that things would be okay.they are NOT! Great post, hope IT will start to be less painful.

The girls and I love anything having to do with fresh tomatoes and basil.since our tomatoes are coming in, I have made a few things lately and tonight I made THE best spaghetti sauce! Ron would have liked some spicy meatballs to go with it, but to me, this was Pasta Nirvana. Spaghetti with Tomato and Basil Sauce. 1/2 cup plus 2 TB extra virgin olive oil. 3 -4 cloves garlic minced. 20 or so fresh tomatoes, peeled and seeded. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

Our second daughter, Keelie, was born at 1:49pm on Saturday October 8th at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. She weighed 6 lbs. 14oz.
