베이킹, 와인, 사진 전문 블로그. 2008년 11월 30일 일요일. 피자 그가이꺼 만들어 먹자! 얼마 전에 모조 피자 치즈에 대해 ‘이영돈 PD의 소비자 고발’ 이 심도 있게 다루고 그 심각성을 전파한 바 있다. Http:/ lady.khan.co.kr/khlady.html? 사실 그때 다룬 것이 피자 치즈 뿐만 아니다. 음식점의 위생 의식의 결여 그것부터 시작이다. 아무튼 말도 많았던 그 피자! 그냥 직접 만들어 먹기로 했다. 마트에서 99% 순 모짜렐라 치즈도 구입했다. 근데 우리나라는 왜 이렇게 치즈 값이 비싼 건지. – -;). 사실 재료만 있다면 피자 만들기나 부침개 붙이기나. 그게 그거다. (사실 쪼 금 손이 더 가긴 한다…. 소심). 그러나 부침개의 만족감이 피자 그것에 비할 쏘냐! 다행히 피망과 양파, 소세지, 콘이 집에 있었다! 만들다가 남은 재료. ㅋㅋ. 베이컨을 일정 크기로 썰고, 양파를 다져 준다. 피망과 소세지는 최대한 얇게 썰어 준다. 실제 미니어처를 찍은 사진은 아니고.

베이킹, 와인, 사진 전문 블로그. 2008년 12월 3일 수요일. Ndash; ANA 항공 기내식. 일본은 참 김을 좋아하는 나라인 것 같다. ANA 항공을 타고 일본으로 가는 동안 비행기에서. 잡지를 보다가 발견한 광고이다. 일본 김 하면 생각나는 것이. 오니기리에 네모난 모양의 김과. 날치 알 그득하게 들어 있는 마끼를 만드는 고깔 모양의 김이다. 그래도 그냥 밥에 싸 먹을 때는. 일본 김보다 우리나라 김이 훨씬 맛있다고 하는데. 하긴 우리나라 자연산 돌김 보다 맛있을라고.ㅋㅋ. 광고에 흥미를 보이는 순간 간식거리가 제공되었다. 사실 점심 시간이 훌쩍 넘은 오후 3시라 점심이 나오는 것은 기대를 안 했지만, 그래도 무언가를 주기를 바랬다. ;. 다행히 ANA 라고 박혀 있는 박스를 하나씩 나누어 주는데 이렇게 박스 포장된 기내식은 처음이다. ;. 원래 기내식 줄 때는. Beef or chicken 아니면. Beef or fish 라고 물어 보는데. 원래 기내식을 먹을 땐. 점심 시간 대이고 해서.

베이킹, 와인, 사진 전문 블로그. 2009년 4월 22일 수요일. 간담회 후기가 좀 늦었네요. ;. 4월 16일에는 구글 코리아에서 텍스트 큐브 사용자들을 대상으로 간담회를 진행하였습니다. 간담회라고 자연산 건담(간담)을 회 떠놓은 슬라이드. 를 보고 혼자 키득거리며 웃었는데요. 온갖 개그 센스를 구사하신 김창원님의 자연스럽고 흥미있는 프리젠테이션이었습니다. 구글 코리아에서 사진을 찍을 수 있도록 허용되는 공간이 있었는데요. 바로 세미나 실과 카페테리아였는데요. 국내 대기업에는 핸드폰 카메라도 허용하지 않아서 카메라 폰에까지 스티커를 붙이곤 하는데 사뭇 다른 문화죠? 세미나실에 있는 의자도 좋아요. – -乃. 프리젠테이션 하시는 장면을 살포시 찍어봤습니다. 스킨 편집 기능이 곧 공개된다고 하니까 기대를 해봅니다. 역시 구글답게 카페테리아에서 개개인의 크리에이티브를 살려줄 수 있는 도구, 놀이기구 등등이 많았습니다. 빨리 국내 기업들도 이런 점들을 본 받아야 하는데 말이죠. 밥 먹고 저걸로 몸 풀면.

베이킹, 와인, 사진 전문 블로그. 2009년 8월 23일 일요일. 와인] 에스테이트 마틴 템프라뇨 (estate Martin Tempranillo). 약간 Sweet한 와인을 찾게 된다. 와인을 좋아하지 않는 분들도. 와인에 매력에 빠져들만한 와인이다. 좀처럼 접하기 힘든 스페인산이고 2008년산이다. 가격은 15,000원 정도. 라벨: 에스테이트 마틴 템프라뇨. 파주 한우마을 그리고 볼거리들. 주말에 자전거를 타고 파주의 한우마을에 다녀왔습니다. 3번째 가는 곳인데 갈 때마다 한우로 꽉 찬 배를 부여잡고 온답니다. 특히 육회는 정말 예술입니다. 임진강 한우마을는 파주시 적성면에 있구요. 아주 저렴한 가격에 한우를 드실 수 있습니다. 가격에 먼저 반하고, 맛에 쓰러지는 2단 콤보를 느껴보시길 바랍니다. 꽃등심 최고등급을 서울에서 배부르게 먹으면 그 가격에 기절할지도 모릅니다. ; ).
