星期六, 1月 18, 2014. 酒記 Macuigan black label. 補寫一篇，2012 McGuigan Black Label Red澳洲酒，當初看他在costco賣NT$225,上頭有貼有瞎米澳洲年度酒之類的獎項，明知便宜大多沒好貨的狀況下，衝著這貼紙與金屬旋蓋，買來試試看。 結論是，這是一瓶沒有特色，所以半杯就會讓你覺得甜的發膩的酒。所以當初面對著剩下的酒，分好幾天痛苦的慢慢喝完的心情大受損傷，連照片都懶得拍也忘了寫blog提醒大家。今天寫完上一篇酒記，剛好有人在FB問起要甜的酒，直覺就想起這瓶甜到發膩的酒來，趕快補寫。 雖然便宜，但是我是不會再買的。若是你是嗜甜一族，倒是可以考慮考慮，反正一瓶也才NT$225，就算不好喝，你又能要求些什麼呢？ PS 當初忘記把這瓶酒拿來泡桂圓乾之類的把他消耗掉而不是痛苦的喝掉，拿來做成酒釀桂圓麵包或許是是個選擇。不過寶春師父說，泡桂圓乾的酒也是要挑的，這酒泡原本就很甜的龍眼乾，不曉得會不會甜上加甜，讓麵包變的也令人發膩？ 酒記 Krikland Napa 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon. 星期三, 1月 15, 2014.
