Sunday, May 26, 2013. Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova.It is a meringue dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light inside. The dessert is believed to have been created in honour of the dancer either during or after one of her tours to Australia and New Zealand in the 1920s. Friday, March 29, 2013. Although a hot and sunny summer still far away, this apricot tea jello should relieve our desperate for summer. A very light touch of apricot tea raised by the fruity fragrance of lychee, you'll love it! 500 ml hot water at 100°C. 1 pouch of our Apricot Black Tea. Steep the Apricot Black Tea pouch in the hot water for 4 minutes. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. You can add more sugar to adjust the sweetness. Put 1 lychee into each cup. Pour the tea into the cup. Make 5 small cups.

Sunday, September 28, 2014. Dainty Ladies is a butterly cookie served to female guests during high tea in the Edwardian era. This cookie contains flaked coconut and rolled oats. Coconut is a valuable ingredients during that period. 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut. 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp cream of tartar. 1 Preheat the oven to 320 ° F. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. 3 Melt the butter, add the water. 4 Pour the butter mixture into the dry ingredients.
