Ain't Muffin But a Bake Thang. I like to bake. x A. Sunday, January 16, 2011. It's a repulsively hot Sunday afternoon here in Sydney and boy am I feeling the heat. Since I'm staying in today, I thought I'd get into the whole baking and blogging thing again, as my last post was more about paper crafting and my holiday break. And, yes I am as surprised as you may be to see that it has been indeed, one week since my last post. Ha. So here it is, yet another loaf. But. Breakfast for the next week.

I wish I had some spaghetti for the hair. But in other news, I made my first Topshop online purchase the other night. Talk about an impulse buy, but after missing out in Beijing ( or was it Shanghai? I don't have any green dresses/clothing so this would be a first. I really love the cut though. What do you think?

The Lava Cake Challenge. 1) over or under cooking the cake. 2) the cake being stuck to the ramekin. 3) it being so delicious the baker would eat the batter raw hence there would be nothing to bake. Pork and fennel sausage rolls. 6 garlic cloves through a garlic crusher. 40g fennel seeds chopped. 150g onion chopped finely. 150g celery chopped finely (boiled till soft). 150g carrots chopped finely (boiled till soft). Firstly i attended planet cake's basics 104 which as always was the best day of my life! We made the 3 tiered cake with orchids and a twist.
