I do not know what is about my Autistic son's highly evolved taste buds, but he is very discerning as to what he will eat and it is usually a very bizarre food. This one is top notch so I have to share. 1 cup packed sun dried tomatoes. 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped. 3 garlic cloves sometimes even FOUR! 2 tbs pine nuts, lightly toasted. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 tsp black pepper.
