Today I felt like making something different, so I decided to bake Vienna bread. The Vienna bread was first produced in Vienna, Austria in the 19th century. It is a crusty bread made from flour, yeast, water and salt and it is a perfect accompaniment to soups or meat and fish dishes. Freshly made Vienna bread. 1 level teaspoon of dried yeast.

It is simple to prepare and is ideal for a relaxed evening spent with friends or family. Here is my recipe for one simply delicious. Chicken and broccoli dish served with boiled rice. 1 tin of condensed chicken soup (large). 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise. 4 tablespoons of double cream. 1-2 tablespoons of curry powder, to taste. 50g grated cheddar cheese.

It is traditionally decorated with whipped cream and fresh fruit. Pavlova is a perfect light dessert and very easy to make. Pavlova dessert decorated with pineapple and cherry. 1 teaspoon of cornflour. 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence. 300ml of double cream. 450g of your preferred fresh soft fruit. Separated yokes and whites.

I have a couple tips of how I do it, I could be in left field but they've worked for me so far:. Symmetry: You can't have weird amounts of different items on your tray. Either do them all the same or mix up the amounts so it looks funky but like you did it on purpose. Nobody likes a try that looks like it was made by a 5-year-old. Strike. PAY ATTENTION.
