After boiled for 2 hours "red bean dumpling". 500g glutinous rice - wash and soak overnight. 2 tbsp alkaline water. 150gram red bean - soak overnight. Sugar - to taste. Few tbsp of oil. 1) drain away the excess water of the rice. 2) add oil and leave it for 30 mins. 1) boil the red bean till very soft. 2) drain away the stock and add sugar. 3) cook for a while till sugar dissolve. 4) add oil and leave it aside.
