March 12, 2016. Got to eat this for the first time in Bangkok. I finally got the opportunity to make this after chancing upon a recipe from here. Definitely worth a try! 1 egg milk to make 110g. Put everything in bowl except butter and chocolate chips in a bowl and knead with a mixer till it form a dough. Add in butter and continue to knead the dough till smooth. Let it rest for 45-60 mins or doubled it size. Place the dough on lightly flour surface. Divide the dough into 8 pcs and roll it into balls.

May 17, 2015. 材料 ( 外皮 ) :. 1 使用麵包機來揉麵團 , 先放入水 , 油. 2 續放入已經過篩的粉料 , 糖 , 鹽巴. 4 揉麵加發酵一共約 2 小時. 材料 ( 內餡 ) :. 蔥末約 3 隻的量. 鹽巴 1 / 2 小匙. 胡椒粉 , 香油少許. 1 高麗菜切丁後 , 先灑入一小把鹽巴殺青 ( 約 30 40 分鐘 ). 2 豬肉餡加入蔥末 , 鹽巴 , 糖 , 胡椒粉與少許香油後 , 拌勻備用. 3 發好後的麵糰分成數等份 , 用擀麵棍擀成中厚外薄狀 , 包入餡料即可. 4 平底鍋內放一些油 , 將已經包好的煎包收口向下排好 ( 每個間隔約 2 cm 寬 ). 5 再將麵粉水 ( 200 g 水 1 大匙麵粉 ) 倒入 , 開小火煎約 15 分鐘後即可。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). April 10, 2016. Mix all ingredients except butter first till the dough smooth, add in butter and mix until the dough elastic. Ferment the dough until double the size. Divide the dough into 60g each. Golden week is the time when many will take on road trips in Japan. We did it last year but was tormented by the traffic. The traffic jams could last for hours. This year, other than visiting the Kamaboko factory. Which was 2 hours away from the place we live, we decided to take things easy.
