This is honestly one of the most spectacular desserts that I have ever baked! How can you go wrong though, caramel, popcorn, fantales and chocolate all in a shortcrust pastry base! 20 Allen’s Fantales (cut in half). 30g salted roasted peanuts. 100g unsalted butter, chopped. 100g milk chocolate, chopped. 2 tbsp icing sugar mixture.

They still require a bit of hard work but they are lots of fun to make. I bought 4 cm terracotta pots from Masters for $0.46 or so (pretty cheap!
