This is a great coffee cake I make it for Easter all the time. 2 1/2 C all purpose flour. 1 C Sprite or 7-Up. 2 1/2 Tbsp baking powder. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 2 Tbsp cocoa powder. 3 Tbsp corn starch. Melt butter in a small pan. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract using a mixer until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder. Add to egg mixture, alternating flour, sprite, and butter.
