I go to Bugis market and buy 1/2 kg of green pea. Before I start to do, I surf the net to find out the recipe. At last, I decide to try out this. 175g icing sugar (should reduce it). Grind the green pea into powder. Mix the green pea powder with the plain flour and icing sugar. Lastly add the corn oil and mix well.

My 1st (I put some chocolate chips on top) and 2nd batch looks different. I put more for the 2nd batch and it seems to rise but not for the 1st batch. 75g unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tsps baking powder. 125g butter, softened. 60g semisweet chocolate chips. Preheat the oven 180 deg C. Line with paper baking cups.

This cookies are not bad. Since I have reduced the sugar, it is still quite sweet. 110g brown sugar (reduce to 80g). 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 Mix sugar with shortening and add egg. 2 Add flour and chocolate chips. 3 Preheat the oven to 175 deg C and bake for 10 min. Baked Elbow Macaroni with Cheese.
