The Secret of fish. 隨性而寫的文章。記錄著我生活中的點點滴滴。屬於我的回憶。 Friday, 24 July 2015. 法式綠茶馬卡龍 Green Tea Macaroon. 你就會恨得牙癢癢,之前曾經失敗過兩次,而兩次都是巧克力口味的。 也是第一次做馬卡龍就成功了,想說可能上次失敗,是因為還沒掌握好技巧,. 就動手做巧克力口味的,所以失敗率也會比較大??? 這次慢慢根據藍色小廚的步驟做,把攪拌好的蛋白霜,擠出圓圓的形狀,. 因為那天剛好下雨,就讓它無止境的風乾,也沒有風乾到表面沒有粘手,. 就直接丟進烤箱啦~~~烘烤10分鐘後,我終於看到馬卡龍的裙邊了,. 那時候的心情,是無比的興奮啊!!! 但是當我拿出來放涼,要脫模的時候,卻發現怎麼馬卡龍的外殼跟底部是分離的,. 它的導熱程度不是很好,所以每次用那個烤盤的時候,烤出來的東西的底部,. 而這次隔著一個鐵網烘烤,反正都失敗了,就死馬當活馬醫吧~. 一切就隨緣了~~~想不到最後是可以成功脫模的,. 連裙邊都被我脫掉了,嗚嗚嗚 T.T. 好吧!手拙不用緊,最重要的是,要多加練習,. No bake Tofu Cheesecake. August 15, 2015 at 11:53 am · Filed under Anything about food. 183;Tagged castor sugar. Latest bake @ 27 March 2016. Place a ring mould on the board and press in the biscuit base. Keep refrigerated while you prepare the filling. Mixture of tofu, cheese, yoghurt and milk. Add vanilla beans and extract. After mixing all filling ingredients, strain directly into prepared mould and then chill for 2-3 hours before serving. 50g full cream milk. 1 pod Vanilla bean 1 tsp vanilla extract.
