Monday, April 15, 2013. Changing your comfort food. To be 100% honest I really blew it this weekend with what I put into my body food and drink wise. I'm not going to sit here and preach that I am 100% only about eating clean all the time and I never have ANY cravings. We are human and we are going to want junk every once in awhile!
