SAB Nile Brewery, Uganda. Clearspan Structures (Pty) Ltd was responsible for the design of the structural steel building shell and for the supply and erection of steelwork, sheeting, ventilators, roller shutter doors and associated items. Clearspan are undertaking the shipping of approximately 50 containers to Mombasa Port. We have been entrusted to build a new 5200m. Warehouse and offices for their rental portfolio at Jet Park, Boksburg. Clear Span was constructed by Balixton.

SCHOOLS & COMMUNITY. ITHEMBA uses LED Lighting in all their projects. Last 10 years compared with typical light usage and consume far less wattage to produce the lumen light output. Last 50,000 hours reducing light replacement costs. Do not require a ballast which reduces costs of an electrician to regularly replace. Use 50% less energy on average then the most efficient compact fluorescent bulbs. Emit very little heat making them ideal in environments requiring safety. Can generate light with solar power.

Clearspan Projects cc were approached to undertake the complete turnkey project for this large distribution centre close to the airport. The warehouse structure has a clean 52 meter width with no internal columns and is over 600 metres long. Ferro Industrial Products, Brakpan. Clearspan Projects cc was the main contractor who undertook the turnkey project together with Clearspan Structures who provided the steelwork and cladding component. CA Sales, Gaborone.
