Then I think rationally and realize that wait.I'm a mom of two little boys, I'm very pregnant with our 3rd son, our life is just a little. He'd just like to see his clothes put away for once :) . I can't believe we've lived here for 3 years. I swear I just packed up my house yesterday and moved across the world. And here we are, nearing our end. Sort of :) . Over the last few weeks our good friends, Ben and Hayley.

My little family isn't usually too keen on healthy dinners (they much prefer casseroles, meat-loaf and potatoes) that include a lot of veggies, chickpeas, or CousCous, but my friend Kim's. This recipe comes from Vegetarian Planet cookbook, by Didi Emmons. These amounts serve 4. . 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 cup sliced onion. 2 large garlic cloves, minced. 2 carrots, sliced thin diagonally. 2 large red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1/2" squares. 2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped.
