Thursday, March 4, 2010. Only one more week. Spring Break is so close.only one more week. I actually had a student tell me this past Tuesday that we should not start a new unit in history because "it's almost Spring Break." Really? Apparently that student thought it would be great for us to stare at each other for two weeks. Right. Needless to say, the kids weren't happy when I launched into the 1950s. :). Ear tubes are supposed to fall out on their own after a year or two, but Buddy's got stuck in his ear canal. While in Brevard, the boys loved playing with GGpa and he was a good sport with all their craziness. We cherish these memories as it was just six months after this visit that GGpa passed away. Thursday, September 15, 2011. California Vacation Part 1- San Diego. In June Josh's parents took the whole family on a California vacation for a week to celebrate Robin's retirement. We all flew out together from Atlanta and our first stop was in San Diego. San Diego is a great city, and if it weren't so expensive we might consider relocating. We got checked into our hotel, since we had the two boys with us our family was lucky enough to get the big suite and it was a very nice room! Grammy and the boys.

We were so glad we were able to make the trip for the beautiful ceremony and we stayed with Josh's Aunt Carrie, Uncle Mike, and cousin Haley.
