Blog the Travelogue: Star Tarp
http://biketour.blogspot.com/2007/04/star-tarp.html
An odd but neat little blog about bicycle touring and hammock camping. Monday, April 09, 2007. Here's my Star tarp idea, instead of cat cuts it uses diagonal cuts to reduce wind flap. The main goal is to make a tarp with the advantages of a cat cut, but saves time in the making. Instead of ploting each point and drawing a curve you just plot one point, draw a straight line, cut, and you're done. What do you think? Posted by funbun @ 9:28 AM. Comments: Post a Comment. Green Hornet Randoing: I Visited Heaven Today
http://greenhornetrandoing.blogspot.com/2013/08/i-visited-heaven-today.html
Some riders are mechanically inclined, but I'm mechanically challenged . Friday, August 23, 2013. I Visited Heaven Today. I visited Heaven today. It was closed. The road was long, but the time too short. A canopy of green, a blessing of shade. The rolling leaf crackles. The ground squirrel scurries. The butterfly flutters. I stop to soak it in. What is bliss? It must be this. The sky so blue. The grass so brown. Green? So many shades of green. An Official Notice - Extreme Fire Danger - Closed to all.
